  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
  2. Monitor and ensure accuracy of financial data and reports.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making.
  4. Conduct variance analysis and investigate any discrepancies.
  5. Review and reconcile general ledger accounts.
  6. Maintain and update financial records and documentation.
  7. Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings.

  9. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  10. Support internal and external audits.
  11. Communicate financial information and findings to management and stakeholders.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  13. Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  14. Train and mentor junior staff members.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
  16. Uphold confidentiality of financial information.
  17. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations.
  18. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting Or Finance: A Strong Foundation In Accounting Principles And Financial Reporting Is Essential For This Role.

  • Cpa Certification: Having A Certified Public Accountant (Cpa) Designation Demonstrates A High Level Of Knowledge And Expertise In The Field Of Accounting.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Financial Reporting: Candidates Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Preparing And Analyzing Financial Statements And Reports.

  • Knowledge Of Gaap And Sec Regulations: A Thorough Understanding Of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (Gaap) And Securities And Exchange Commission (Sec) Reporting Requirements Is Necessary For This Position.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: The Ability To Interpret Financial Data, Identify Trends, And Make Strategic Recommendations Is Crucial For An Accountant In A Financial Reporting Role.
