We are currently seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager in our Health Plan Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our health plan partners, as well as driving growth and retention within your assigned territory. We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong background in account management and a passion for the healthcare industry.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with health plan partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned health plan partners, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for growth and retention within assigned territory.
  4. Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth within assigned accounts.
  5. Communicate regularly with health plan partners to provide updates on products, services, and industry developments.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential issues or challenges within assigned accounts.
  7. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support new business development and cross-selling opportunities.
  8. Conduct regular meetings and presentations with health plan partners to review performance, identify areas for improvement, and gather feedback.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in healthcare regulations to inform strategic account management decisions.
  10. Represent Cigna at industry events and conferences to foster relationships and promote our services.
  11. Collaborate with other account managers and cross-functional teams to share best practices and drive overall success for the organization.
  12. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all account activities and interactions.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall account management experience for both internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Health Plan Products And Services, Including Insurance Plans, Compliance Regulations, And Industry Trends.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Teams.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Or Exceeding Sales Targets And Managing A Portfolio Of Accounts Successfully.
