In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our health plan clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for health plan clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Understand and anticipate client needs, and proactively address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  4. Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed client expectations and goals.
  5. Conduct regular check-ins and meetings with clients to review performance, provide updates on industry trends, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, and use this knowledge to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement innovative solutions to meet client needs and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  8. Monitor and analyze data related to client performance, and use this information to make data-driven recommendations and decisions.
  9. Serve as a subject matter expert on Cigna's products, services, and overall capabilities, and effectively communicate this information to clients.
  10. Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Cigna's products and services to existing clients.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account information.
  12. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance overall client satisfaction and retention.
  14. Represent Cigna in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  15. Collaborate with other account managers and teams to share best practices and drive overall success for the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Account Management Or Sales Within The Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Health Insurance Plans, Including Medicare, Medicaid, And Commercial Plans.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Internal Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets, With A Focus On Driving Growth And Retention Within Assigned Accounts.
