- Provide clinical navigation and support services to Cigna customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support.
- Serve as a key member of the healthcare management department, working collaboratively with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Utilize knowledge and understanding of clinical navigation to assist customers in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary resources.
- Engage with customers in a compassionate and empathetic manner, actively listening to their needs and concerns.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Cigna's policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders to coordinate care and services for customers.
- Act as a liaison between customers and healthcare providers, advocating for the best possible care and support.
- Utilize strong customer service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay current on industry trends and developments in clinical navigation and support services, incorporating new strategies and techniques into daily responsibilities.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies and regulations, maintaining the security of sensitive information at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Management Or Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of Clinical Navigation And Support Care Principles And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Patients, Medical Professionals, And Other Stakeholders.
Ability To Work Flexible Hours And Handle High-Stress Situations In A Fast-Paced, 24/7 Environment.
