Job Description

Serve as the technical delivery lead and subject matter expert in Data technology for a multi-year data & analytics modernization program which includes development of a cloud based data lake and a customer 360 solution Accountable for planning /coordination and oversight over end to end development, testing and deployment process, engaging with infrastructure, architecture, information security and project delivery teams as needed. Understand program objectives and ensure key technology decisions are aligned with these objectives. Interface with executive stakeholders to articulate business impact of technology challenges /decisions and facilitate decision making. Engages with strategic initiatives and planning activities to identify opportunities to leverage data platform capabilities for the US Region. Create and analyze relevant information and develop technology recommendations that are presented to senior management and business stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

8-15 years of IT and business/industry work experience,
At least 4 years of proven leadership experience
5 years developing and executing large strategic programs and/or project portfolios
Enterprise Systems thinking & broad understanding of data technologies
Experience working in financial services organizations, preferably in a vendor hosted application ecosystem
