  1. Lead the actuarial transformation efforts across the organization.
  2. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive transformation and innovation within the actuarial department.
  3. Identify and promote best practices for actuarial processes and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change and improve efficiency.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and department leaders.
  6. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure their professional growth and development.

  9. Develop and maintain project plans and budgets for transformation initiatives.
  10. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on transformation progress and any challenges.
  12. Lead and facilitate training sessions to educate team members on new processes and tools.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement technology solutions to support transformation efforts.
  14. Monitor and manage risks associated with transformation initiatives.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Actuarial Transformation: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Transformation, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Implementing Transformation Initiatives In A Complex Organization.

  • Strong Actuarial Background: The Vp Actuarial Transformation Lead Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Actuarial Principles, Methodologies, And Processes. They Should Also Possess Strong Analytical Skills And Be Able To Effectively Communicate Complex Actuarial Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Leadership And Project Management Skills: This Role Requires A Candidate Who Has Demonstrated Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Lead And Motivate Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large-Scale Projects And Delivering Results Within Tight Timelines.

  • Change Management Expertise: The Vp Actuarial Transformation Lead Will Be Responsible For Driving Change Within The Actuarial Function And Across The Organization. Therefore, The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Change Management, With A Clear Understanding Of The Challenges And Best Practices For Implementing Change In A Large Organization.
