  1. Collaborate with underwriters to gather and verify information for insurance policy applications.
  2. Review and analyze policy documents for accuracy and completeness.
  3. Communicate with agents and clients to obtain missing information or clarify policy details.
  4. Prepare and process policy endorsements and renewals.
  5. Maintain and update underwriting files and database with relevant policy information.
  6. Conduct research and analysis on potential risks and hazards associated with insurance applications.
  7. Assist in the preparation of underwriting reports and presentations.
  8. Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, agents, and other departments.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  10. Adhere to company underwriting guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
  12. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance job skills and knowledge.
  13. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by underwriters or management.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling policy data.
