  1. Conduct regular performance evaluations of vendors to ensure they meet Chubb's standards and expectations for service delivery.
  2. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns in vendor performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure open communication and collaboration.
  4. Communicate performance expectations and provide feedback to vendors on areas for improvement.
  5. Identify and address any issues or concerns with vendor performance in a timely and effective manner.
  6. Monitor vendor contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with service level agreements and other terms.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving vendor performance.
  8. Utilize data and analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
  9. Generate reports and presentations to communicate vendor performance and recommendations to stakeholders.
  10. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to vendor management and data analysis.
  11. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  12. Serve as a subject matter expert on vendor performance and data analysis within the organization.
  13. Train and mentor junior analysts on vendor management and data analysis best practices.
  14. Participate in vendor selection processes and contract negotiations to ensure alignment with Chubb's standards and objectives.
  15. Uphold Chubb's values and ethical standards in all interactions with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Vendor Performance And Data Analysis, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Improving Vendor Performance Through Data-Driven Insights And Recommendations.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams.
