  1. Develop and implement automation strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our testing processes.
  2. Design and develop cutting-edge automation solutions to be used by our engineering team.
  3. Serve as the expert on our Test Automation Platform and provide guidance and support to other team members.
  4. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify opportunities for automation and make recommendations for implementation.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing needs and requirements and design appropriate automation solutions.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and solutions.
  7. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of automation processes and make necessary improvements.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the Test Automation Platform.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies in automation and make recommendations for implementation.
  10. Train and mentor team members on automation best practices and techniques.
  11. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality automation code.
  12. Ensure that all automated tests are properly maintained and executed on a regular basis.
  13. Collaborate with quality assurance and software development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  14. Monitor and report on key metrics related to automation processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on automation progress and challenges.
  16. Take ownership of the automation process and work towards continuously improving it.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Implementing Automated Testing Strategies And Frameworks For Large-Scale Enterprise Applications.
