  1. Lead and drive the actuarial team through a period of transformation and modernization.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to modernize actuarial processes and systems.
  3. Provide leadership and guidance to the actuarial team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to support the transformation.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and data analytics, to identify and implement innovative solutions.
  5. Analyze and interpret complex actuarial data to inform business decisions and drive efficiency.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve actuarial processes and methodologies.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and external partners.
  8. Lead and facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate progress and updates on the transformation.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Identify and manage potential risks and issues that may arise during the transformation process.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Actuarial Background: The Actuarial Transformation Lead At Chubb Must Possess A Deep Understanding Of Actuarial Principles And Techniques, With At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Actuarial Roles. This Includes A Strong Foundation In Mathematics, Statistics, And Data Analysis.

  • Project Management Skills: As The Actuarial Transformation Lead, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Overseeing Large-Scale Transformation Projects. Therefore, Strong Project Management Skills Are Essential, Including The Ability To Plan, Organize, And Execute Projects Within Tight Timelines And Budgets.

  • Change Management Expertise: Chubb Is A Large Organization With A Complex Structure, And Any Major Transformation Initiatives Will Inevitably Result In Changes To Existing Processes, Systems, And Roles. The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have Experience With Change Management And The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Manage The Impact Of Changes On Various Stakeholders.

  • Strong Communication Skills: The Actuarial Transformation Lead Will Need To Collaborate And Communicate With Various Teams And Departments Within Chubb, As Well As External Stakeholders. Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential To Effectively Convey Complex Actuarial Concepts And Project Updates To A Diverse Audience.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: Chubb Is Looking For A Candidate Who Can Take Charge And Lead A Team Of Actuarial Professionals Through The Transformation Process. The Actuarial Transformation Lead Must Have Previous Experience Managing And Developing Teams, As Well As The Ability To Motivate And Inspire Team Members To Achieve Common Goals.
