Medical Degree: A Supervisory Physician At Choc Children's Hospital Must Possess A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree From An Accredited Medical School.
Board Certification: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Board Certified In Their Respective Specialty By The American Board Of Medical Specialties (Abms) Or American Osteopathic Association (Aoa).
Minimum 5 Years Of Clinical Experience: The Candidate Must Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Pediatric Hospital Or Healthcare Organization.
Leadership And Management Skills: Effective Supervision And Management Skills Are Essential For This Role. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Physicians, Residents, And Medical Students.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Supervisory Physician Requires Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals, Staff, And Patients' Families.
