Scheduler, Primary Care
The Scheduler is responsible for scheduling patient appointments in appropriate clinic(s) and to ensure thorough and complete information is obtained to facilitate the registration process. Routinely interacts with various internal departments including registration, clinic staff, and financial coordinators.
Minimum six (6) months of front office experience.
Ability to handle interruptions in work-tasks due to greeting people and answering a small multi-phone line
Strong knowledge of scheduling software products preferred
Bilingual in English/Spanish
