- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnosis and treatment of pediatric patients.
- Follow protocols and safety measures to ensure the well-being of patients and staff during radiologic procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to accurately interpret and report on radiologic results.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new imaging techniques and protocols.
- Educate patients and their families on the procedures and answer any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and best practices in pediatric radiology.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide compassionate and age-appropriate care to pediatric patients.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations.
- Act as a liaison between patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings and trainings.

Bachelor's Degree In Radiologic Technology Or Related Field
Active Certification From The American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (Arrt)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Radiology
Familiarity With Electronic Medical Record Systems And Digital Imaging Technology
Strong Communication Skills And Ability To Work Collaboratively With Healthcare Team Members, Including Pediatric Physicians And Nurses.
