Quality Improvement Specialist
The Sr Quality Improvement Specialist provides organization-wide leadership for Performance Improvement. Assists in development of quality improvement strategy and activities in collaboration with the Medical Director. Leads quality program operations and performs internal and external facing engagement to ensure successful integration and quality performance.
Minimum three years of Clinical Quality Improvement experience.
Five years of Clinical Quality Improvement experience a plus
Ability to build and establish positive relationships with Physicians and staff.
Knowledge of care pathways and clinical guidelines.
Advanced MS Excel
