
Lead Mental Health Therapist
The Training Lead, LCSW utilizes independent judgement and expertise to provide mental health services to patient and their families. Duties may include mental health and diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, consultation, crisis intervention, intervention, case management and discharge planning with clinical supervision. The Training Lead will provide guidance to and will set priorities for the clinician team.
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school of Social Work.
Experience with Department of Mental Health documentation.
Previous LPS designation experience
Experience working with children and families in a healthcare setting.
Minimum two years of post-graduate school mental health experience working with children and families.
