Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Medical Technology.
Previous Experience Working In A Clinical Laboratory Or Healthcare Setting.

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills For Interacting With Patients, Healthcare Professionals, And Laboratory Staff.
