
HR Systems Analyst
The HR Systems Analyst is responsible for maintaining and maximizing the effective use of the HCM system and other HR applications. Evaluates system functionality, identifies gaps, and makes recommendations for enhanced solutions. This role assesses, develops, and configures the HCM system, and documents efficient HR processes ensuring greater ROI on HR systems. Produces custom reports, metrics, and dashboards. Creates meaningful HR metrics and reporting that provide insights into strategic issues related to workforce planning and management Monitors and ensures data integrity using audit tools and alerts.
4 years of experience supporting Workday HCM system
Previous experience in a healthcare setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Info Systems, IT, IS, or Human Resources preferred
Other Workday Pro certification (reporting, payroll, security, etc.) preferred
