Director of Client Solutions, IT

The Director of Client Solutions is responsible for the strategy, design, transition, and operations of technical service delivery. Has direct leadership over the service delivery teams. Will work with key clinical and business partners to ensure that the design and delivery of IT Services are meeting the business’ needs. Will oversee the incubation and development of a Digital Innovation team in partnership with Mi3. Will provide oversight of day to day operational activities, large and small scale projects, daily personnel management, and timekeeping review. Manages the projects and tasks of the team to ensure balance and excellent service delivery. Incumbent is responsible for managing all day-to-day activities of above mentioned teams as well as long-term strategic planning in conjunction with Senior Leadership.
