
Director Clinical Nutrition & Lactation
The Director, Clinical Nutrition & Lactation is responsible for the development, implementation, coordination, performance, effectiveness, and documentation of all clinical nutrition and lactation services. Provides supervision to the clinical dietitians, dietetic technicians, lactation consultants, and department support staff and is responsible for the development and oversight of education programs for dietetic interns.
Minimum three (3) years of leadership experience in with progressive and increasing scope of responsibility.
3 years of experience in a Director role in a pediatric acute care setting.
Master’s Degree in Dietetics, Business, Health Administration, or related clinical field a plus
Ability to set goals and judge results in accordance with the highest standards; care with sensitivity and respect
Experience with budgeting, variance tracking, and productivity monitoring
