- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of clinical research studies at CHOC Children's Hospital, including recruitment, enrollment, and scheduling of participants.
- Serve as a liaison between the research team, participants, and other healthcare professionals involved in the study.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and protocols for conducting clinical research, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of research proposals, protocols, and regulatory documents to the appropriate governing bodies.
- Monitor and track participant progress and ensure timely completion of study procedures and assessments.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for participant recruitment and retention.
- Conduct informed consent processes and provide education to participants and their families about study protocols and procedures.
- Collect, record, and manage data in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Assist in the analysis and interpretation of study data and contribute to the preparation of research reports and publications.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of current research practices, guidelines, and ethical considerations.
- Communicate effectively with all members of the research team, including investigators, study coordinators, and data managers.
- Attend and participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on study progress and any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all hospital and research safety policies and procedures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric research.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Nursing, Biology, Or Health Sciences
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research Coordination, Preferably In A Pediatric Setting
Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Good Clinical Practice (Gcp) Guidelines
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills
