We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nutrition and a Registered Dietitian (RD) credential. - Develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for pediatric patients with metabolic disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and provide recommendations for patients based on their medical history and current health status.
- Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition and dietary management for their specific condition.
- Monitor and track patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans accordingly.
- Stay up to date with the latest research and developments in pediatric nutrition and metabolic disorders.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and treatment plans.
- Adhere to all hospital and regulatory guidelines and protocols.
- Provide guidance and support to other healthcare professionals on nutrition-related matters.
- Participate in departmental and hospital-wide initiatives to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Serve as a resource for patients and families to address any nutrition-related questions or concerns.
- Continuously evaluate and improve nutrition programs and services offered by the hospital.
- Attend professional development and training opportunities to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge.

Degree In Nutrition Or Dietetics: A Clinical Dietitian At Choc Children's Hospital Must Hold A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Nutrition, Dietetics, Or A Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Registered Dietitian (Rd) Certification: Candidates Must Be Registered With The Commission On Dietetic Registration (Cdr) As A Registered Dietitian (Rd) Or Be Eligible For Registration.
Experience In Pediatric Nutrition: Choc Children's Hospital Specializes In Pediatric Care, So A Clinical Dietitian Must Have Experience In Providing Medical Nutrition Therapy For Children Of All Ages.
Knowledge Of Metabolic Disorders: Choc Children's Hospital Treats A Variety Of Metabolic Disorders, So A Clinical Dietitian Must Have A Strong Understanding Of These Conditions And How To Manage Them Through Diet.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As Part Of A Multidisciplinary Team, A Clinical Dietitian Must Have Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Collaborate With Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals To Provide The Best Possible Care For Patients.
