
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
The Occupational Therapy Assistant provides direct patient and family centered care, under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, which includes treatment planning based on functional needs. Works with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and adjust treatment plan as necessary. May participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives and program development.
Successful completion of an accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) program.
CA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
Operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position
