As a Sales Advisor, you will be interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service while helping them find the perfect item for their wardrobe. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong fashion sense and a good understanding of the Chloé brand. A knowledge of luxury fashion and trends is a plus. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Assist customers in selecting items that best suit their needs and preferences.
  3. Assist with product displays and merchandising to ensure the store is kept looking neat and organized.
  4. Foster strong working relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  5. Promote new products and services and provide customers with information on the latest fashion trends.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
  7. Assist with store operations such as stocking shelves, taking inventory, and keeping track of sales.
  8. Stay up to date on the Chloé brand and latest fashion trends.
