We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our team and help us shape the future of our brand.The ideal candidate for the Sales Advisor position must have a minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry. They should be knowledgeable about the latest fashion trends and have outstanding customer service skills. They should also have a passion for building relationships with clients and a drive to exceed sales objectives.At Chloé, we value creativity, collaboration, and excellence, and we are looking for an individual who shares these same values. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
  2. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
  3. Manage customer relationships and build loyalty.
  4. Assist in merchandising and store displays.
  5. Utilize POS system to complete sales transactions.
  6. Achieve sales objectives through upselling and cross-selling.
  7. Stay current on fashion trends and product knowledge.
  8. Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  9. Assist in inventory management and loss prevention.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
