
Fashion Operations Manager
At Chloé, we are looking for a Fashion Operations Manager to join our team. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about the fashion industry. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading and developing operations in a fashion retail or manufacturing environment. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in fashion. The Fashion Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our fashion retail business, from product design, sourcing, and production to customer service and marketing. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least three years of experience in operations and production management. They should also possess excellent organizational and communication skills and be able to multitask and think on their feet.
Responsibilities of the Fashion Operations Manager:
- Manage the daily operations of the fashion retail business, from product design, sourcing, and production to customer service and marketing.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and products.
- Lead and develop operations in a fashion retail or manufacturing environment.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel.
- Monitor production process to ensure high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other operational data.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets and timelines to meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze operational data and identify areas of improvement.
- Train and mentor staff members in operations and production management.
- Resolve customer service issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
