- Develop and implement training programs and initiatives to drive a culture of excellence within the organization.
- Lead and motivate team members through effective training methods and techniques.
- Evaluate current training processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of training materials.
- Monitor and track training progress and effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
- Create and maintain training manuals, guides, and other materials.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing team members.
- Communicate with team members to identify training needs and develop personalized training plans.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective communication and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with management to identify and address any training issues or challenges.
- Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall training and development process for the organization.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Education.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Hospitality Industry.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Training Programs, Including Curriculum Design, Delivery Methods, And Evaluation.
Knowledge Of Industry Best Practices And Trends In Training And Development, With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Innovation.
