  1. Develop and implement training programs and initiatives for new and existing team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service and adherence to company values.
  2. Create training materials, including manuals, videos, and presentations, that effectively communicate company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Collaborate with restaurant managers and other team members to identify training needs and develop solutions to address any knowledge or skill gaps.
  4. Conduct training sessions for team members, including new hire orientation, on-the-job training, and ongoing development programs.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
  7. Assist with the onboarding of new Training Managers and provide support and guidance to ensure consistency in training across all locations.
  8. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for team members to promote growth and development.
  9. Collaborate with HR and management to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  10. Serve as a role model for company values and behaviors, leading by example to inspire and motivate team members to deliver exceptional service.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and external training resources to provide additional learning opportunities for team members.
  12. Track and report on training metrics to measure the success and impact of training programs.
  13. Continuously assess and adjust training strategies to meet the evolving needs of the company and industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Training Techniques And Strategies: A Training Manager At Chipotle Mexican Grill Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Training Methods, Including On-The-Job Training, Classroom-Style Training, And E-Learning Techniques.

  • Experience In Restaurant Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Previous Experience In Restaurant Management, Preferably Within The Fast-Casual Or Quick-Service Industry. This Will Provide A Solid Foundation For Understanding The Specific Training Needs Of Chipotle's Employees.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As A Training Manager, Effective Communication Is Essential In Delivering Training Materials And Ensuring That Employees Understand And Retain The Information. The Candidate Should Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Professionally With Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: The Training Manager Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Trainers And Coordinating Training Efforts Across Multiple Locations. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing A Team And Possess Strong Leadership Skills.

  • Adaptability And Flexibility: The Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Business Needs And Be Flexible In Their Approach To Training. This Includes Being Able To Develop And Implement New Training Programs As The Company Evolves And Grows.
