12. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards in training and development initiatives.
13. Manage and maintain training budgets and resources effectively.
14. Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company's values and culture in all training and development activities.
15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the training and development process to support the growth and success of the company.
