
Training Manager

- Develop and implement training programs for all levels of employees, including new hires, current employees, and management team.
- Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure consistency and effectiveness in training.
- Identify training needs and gaps within the organization, and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in training programs.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback, and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure our programs are innovative and impactful.
- Mentor and coach team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Monitor and track employee progress and performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all training programs.
- Communicate and collaborate with leadership to ensure training programs align with company goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards in training and development initiatives.
- Manage and maintain training budgets and resources effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador by representing the company's values and culture in all training and development activities.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the training and development process to support the growth and success of the company.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Restaurant Or Hospitality Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Training Techniques.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate Employees At All Levels.
Familiarity With Chipotle's Values And Culture, And A Passion For Promoting A Positive And Inclusive Work Environment.
