Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.

  • Excellent Facilitation And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Engage And Motivate Employees.

  • Strong Understanding Of Instructional Design Principles And Adult Learning Theory.

  • Demonstrated Experience In Managing And Leading A Team Of Trainers, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
