
Training Manager

- Develop and implement training programs for all employees, including new hires and existing staff members, to ensure consistency in knowledge and skills across all levels.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify areas for improvement in employee performance.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online modules, to effectively teach and reinforce company policies, procedures, and values.
- Collaborate with department managers to determine training priorities and coordinate training schedules to ensure minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to enhance the learning experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development, and incorporate new techniques and technologies to continuously improve the training program.
- Foster a positive learning culture by promoting a supportive and inclusive environment, encouraging feedback, and recognizing and rewarding employee development.
- Train and mentor other trainers and team members to assist in delivering training programs and maintaining training materials.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all training-related inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses to employees and managers.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that training programs align with company policies, procedures, and goals.
- Stay compliant with all relevant regulations and laws related to training and development.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to network and learn about new training and development practices.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Restaurant Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles And Training Methods
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Coach A Diverse Group Of Employees
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Training Programs That Drive Employee Performance And Business Results
