We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our company. As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that will equip our team members with the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain our high standards of food quality.   1. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for all team members, including new hires and ongoing training for current employees.
  2. Create training manuals, materials, and resources that align with the company's values, goals, and standards.
  3. Conduct training sessions for team members, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and expectations.
  4. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve and enhance the learning experience.
  5. Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop customized training plans for specific roles and responsibilities.
  6. Monitor team member performance and provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and food standards.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the company's training programs remain relevant and effective.
  8. Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations by providing team members with proper training and resources.
  9. Manage the training budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  10. Measure and report on the impact of training programs on team member performance and overall business success.
  11. Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
  12. Stay updated on company updates, menu changes, and new initiatives to incorporate them into training programs.
  13. Conduct regular audits to ensure training standards are being met and address any areas of improvement.
  14. Work closely with the HR department to support the onboarding process and provide training for new hires.
  15. Act as a role model and mentor for team members, promoting a positive work culture and motivating them to reach their full potential.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Train And Motivate A Diverse Team.

  • Knowledge Of Learning And Development Theories, Instructional Design Principles, And Adult Learning Principles.

  • Ability To Create And Implement Effective Training Programs, Track And Measure Their Success, And Make Necessary Adjustments As Needed.
