
Training Manager

- Develop and implement training programs for all levels of employees in the restaurant industry.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and create targeted training solutions.
- Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions, utilizing a variety of training methods and techniques.
- Ensure consistency and quality of training materials and content across all locations.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with company goals and values.
- Coach and mentor managers and team members to support their professional development and growth.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training strategies.
- Work closely with operations teams to identify and address performance gaps and provide ongoing support to improve employee performance.
- Serve as a role model and advocate for company culture, values, and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training partners and vendors.
- Track and report on training metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the training function.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and standards related to training and development.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, Preferably In The Restaurant Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Train And Coach Employees At All Levels.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Training Techniques And Methods, Including E-Learning And Interactive Training Programs.
