- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees to promote growth and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and the local community to promote brand loyalty and awareness.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and implement best practices to continuously improve the customer experience.
Experience In The Food Service Industry: A Service Manager At Chipotle Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Fast-Paced Restaurant Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
