Job Description

  1. Oversee the overall service operations of the restaurant, ensuring all standards and procedures are consistently met or exceeded.
  2. Train, mentor, and develop service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
  3. Create and maintain a positive and energetic work environment to motivate and empower service staff.
  4. Monitor and evaluate service staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve service quality.
  5. Develop and implement service-related policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  7. Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
  9. Manage inventory and ordering of necessary supplies for the service department.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service standards.
  11. Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction by regularly seeking feedback and implementing necessary changes.
  12. Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  13. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  14. Assist with scheduling and payroll for service staff.
  15. Act as a role model for service staff by consistently delivering exceptional service and fostering a positive and customer-focused work culture.
