  11. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the restaurant.
  13. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
  14. Collaborate with the hiring team to recruit and onboard new team members.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
