  1. Oversee and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all service standards are met and maintained.
  2. Train, mentor, and develop team members to provide exceptional customer service and uphold the company's standards and values.
  3. Monitor and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Create and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall restaurant performance.
  5. Manage inventory levels and ordering, ensuring appropriate stock levels for efficient operations.
  6. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular team meetings and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
  8. Collaborate with other managers to develop and implement new initiatives and procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
  9. Communicate effectively with upper management, providing updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  10. Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  11. Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate processes, systems, and procedures.
  12. Hire and onboard new team members, ensuring they are trained and integrated into the team effectively.
  13. Manage scheduling and labor costs to meet business needs and budget targets.
  14. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team members.
  15. Adhere to and enforce all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe dining experience for customers.
