  1. Develop and implement new menu items that align with Chipotle's commitment to fresh, high-quality ingredients.
  2. Conduct research on food trends and incorporate them into menu development.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Supply Chain, to ensure new menu items are successfully launched.
  4. Ensure that all menu items meet Chipotle's standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
  5. Continuously improve and enhance existing menu items to meet customer expectations and preferences.
  6. Conduct taste tests and gather feedback from customers and team members to inform menu development.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform menu innovation.
  8. Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to source high-quality ingredients.
  9. Collaborate with the culinary team to develop recipes and train team members on new menu items.
  10. Adhere to food safety and sanitation practices in all aspects of menu development.
  11. Stay organized and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  12. Communicate effectively with team members and company leaders to present new menu ideas and discuss menu development strategies.
  13. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to menu development.
  14. Represent Chipotle's commitment to food excellence and innovation in all interactions with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
