
Quality Assurance Manager

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for all food products served at Chipotle Mexican Grill.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of all food preparation areas and processes to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with the executive team to establish quality standards for all food products and continuously monitor and improve them.
- Train and educate all team members on food safety and quality procedures and ensure that they are followed at all times.
- Conduct thorough investigations of any food safety or quality concerns and take necessary corrective actions.
- Monitor and document all food quality testing results and provide regular reports to management.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure that all ingredients and products meet company quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with all food safety regulations and make necessary updates to policies and procedures.
- Oversee the maintenance and calibration of all food safety equipment.
- Ensure that all food products are properly labeled and stored to maintain freshness and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new quality initiatives.
- Respond to any customer complaints or concerns regarding food quality and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
- Conduct regular training and workshops for team members on food safety and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all food quality and safety procedures and documentation.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management.
Bachelor's Degree In Food Science, Nutrition, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Quality Assurance Or Food Safety Management.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Fda And Usda Regulations And Guidelines.
Strong Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills.
Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Departments.
