Program Manager
Makes strategic decisions for the organization specific to the management of scope, budget and schedule across projects and programs. Establishes and ensures appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with established enterprise policies, leading practices and on behalf of the executive sponsors. Plans, organizes, and manages large and complex programs. Develops and communicates project management best practices. Provides project KPI to drive performance improvements in IT organization. Supports the implementation process, leading and/or aligning the efforts of the COE; forges strong partnerships with appropriate constituencies. Delegates tasks to appropriate team members; lends expertise to facilitate effective implementation.
8+ years of relevant experience
1-3 years of supervisory experience
PMP, ACP, CSM, PgMP certifications preferred
Proven understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, Six Sigma, and of SDLC
Familiarity with integrating APIs and SDKs with technology structure
