  1. Provide strategic guidance and support to franchise partners to help them achieve success and growth.
  2. Conduct regular meetings and site visits with franchise partners to assess their business operations and offer recommendations for improvement.
  3. Monitor and analyze franchise partners' financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and creating action plans to drive profitability.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as their main point of contact for all business-related matters.
  5. Collaborate with the franchise development team to identify potential new franchise partners and assist with the onboarding process.
  6. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential growth opportunities for franchise partners.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with franchise partners to help them stay competitive.
  8. Ensure franchise partners are adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.
  9. Uphold and promote company values and culture in all interactions with franchise partners.
  10. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and support for franchise partners.
  11. Act as a problem-solver for franchise partners, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to company leadership on the performance of franchise partners.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline processes and procedures for franchise partners.
  14. Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with franchise partners and external stakeholders.
