10. Represent Chipotle at franchise conferences and events, promoting the brand and building relationships with potential franchise partners.
11. Continuously monitor and assess the performance of franchise partners, providing ongoing coaching and support to help them achieve their business goals.
12. Uphold and promote Chipotle's commitment to sustainability, responsible sourcing, and community involvement in all interactions with franchise partners.
