  1. Conduct regular site visits and meetings with franchise partners to ensure compliance with brand standards and provide guidance for improvement.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for franchise partners, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  3. Analyze financial and operational data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive profitability.
  4. Train franchise partners on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency across all locations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and programs to enhance the franchise partner experience.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for strategic business decisions.
  7. Conduct regular performance evaluations of franchise partners and provide actionable feedback for improvement.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their business.
  9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the brand and network with potential franchise partners.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards and ensure franchise partners are in compliance.
  11. Communicate regularly with senior management to provide updates on franchise partner performance and opportunities for improvement.
  12. Travel to various locations as needed to support and oversee franchise partner operations.
  13. Uphold the company's mission, vision, and values in all interactions with franchise partners and team members.
