- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, serving as their main point of contact for all business-related inquiries and concerns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new initiatives and strategies that drive business growth and improve overall performance.
- Train and mentor franchise partners and their teams on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business processes and procedures, and make recommendations for improvement as needed.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting the values and mission of Chipotle Mexican Grill to franchise partners and their teams.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share relevant insights and knowledge with franchise partners to help them stay competitive in the market.
- Represent Chipotle Mexican Grill at industry events and conferences, promoting the brand and networking with potential franchise partners.
Knowledge And Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Franchise Business Consultant At Chipotle Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Restaurant Industry, Particularly In The Fast-Casual Segment. Previous Experience Working In A Restaurant Or As A Consultant In The Industry Would Be Highly Valuable.
