  • Collaborate with franchise partners to ensure they are aligned with Chipotle's mission, values, and standards of quality and sustainability.
  • Provide guidance and support to franchise partners in all aspects of their business, including operations, finance, and marketing.
  • Conduct regular assessments of franchise locations to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and implement training programs for franchise partners and their teams to ensure consistency and adherence to Chipotle's standards.
  • Monitor and analyze franchise partners' financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth and profitability.
  • Serve as a liaison between franchise partners and Chipotle's corporate team, communicating updates, initiatives, and best practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends and competition, and provide insights and recommendations to franchise partners to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative relationship with franchise partners, promoting a culture of open communication and constructive feedback.
  • Conduct regular meetings and check-ins with franchise partners to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the franchise program to ensure it aligns with Chipotle's values and goals.
  • Represent Chipotle at industry events and conferences to showcase our brand and attract potential franchise partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Franchise Business Consultant At Chipotle Mexican Grill Should Have A Strong Background In The Restaurant Industry, Preferably With Experience At Multiple Locations Or With Other Franchise Businesses.

  • Knowledge Of Chipotle's Operations And Policies: Since The Franchise Business Consultant Will Be Working Closely With Franchisees, They Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Chipotle's Operations, Policies, And Brand Standards To Ensure Consistency Across All Locations.

  • Ability To Travel Frequently: Chipotle Has Franchise Locations Across The Country, And The Franchise Business Consultant Will Be Responsible For Visiting And Supporting These Locations Regularly. Therefore, This Role Requires The Ability To Travel Frequently, Sometimes At Short Notice, And Adapt To Different Environments.
