As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting and growing our franchise locations.   1. Provide support and guidance to franchise locations to ensure they are operating in accordance with Chipotle's standards and guidelines.
  2. Monitor and analyze franchise location performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  3. Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess operational and financial performance, as well as compliance with brand standards.
  4. Collaborate with franchise owners and managers to develop and implement action plans to address any identified issues or opportunities.
  5. Train and educate franchise employees on company policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality operations.
  6. Act as a liaison between the franchise locations and corporate headquarters, communicating any updates, changes, or concerns.
  7. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide strategic recommendations for improving franchise performance.
  8. Assist with the onboarding process for new franchise locations, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
  9. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners and operators, serving as a trusted advisor and resource.
  10. Adhere to and promote Chipotle's mission, values, and culture, both within the company and with external partners.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In The Restaurant Industry: A Strong Understanding Of The Fast-Casual Restaurant Industry Is Essential For A Franchise Business Consultant At Chipotle.
