  1. Lead and develop a team of managers and crew members to achieve operational excellence and drive sales.
  2. Provide guidance, support, and training to managers and crew members to ensure consistent execution of company standards.
  3. Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork, motivation, and high morale.
  4. Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address any issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including senior management, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  6. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  7. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations and customer experiences.
  10. Plan and execute promotional activities and initiatives to drive customer traffic and increase sales.
  11. Manage and control expenses, including labor and food costs, to meet budget goals.

  13. Travel to various locations as needed to provide support and guidance to restaurant teams.
  14. Collaborate with other Field Leaders and corporate support teams to share best practices and drive overall company success.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Leadership Experience: A Field Leader At Chipotle Should Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Restaurant Industry. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Effectively Manage And Lead A Team.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Communication Is A Crucial Aspect Of Being A Field Leader, As They Will Need To Effectively Communicate With Their Team, As Well As Higher Management. This Includes Both Verbal And Written Communication.

  • Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations: A Field Leader Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Restaurant Operations, Including Food Safety, Inventory Management, And Customer Service. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Oversee And Support Multiple Locations.

  • Ability To Adapt To Changing Situations: The Restaurant Industry Can Be Fast-Paced And Unpredictable, So A Field Leader Should Be Able To Adapt To Changing Situations And Make Quick Decisions To Ensure Smooth Operations.
