- Oversee and manage multiple restaurant locations to ensure they are operating at the highest level of excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and drive sales.
- Train, motivate, and lead a team of restaurant managers and crew members to success.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational data to make informed decisions and drive profitability.
- Ensure all restaurants are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain high levels of food safety and quality.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other Field Leaders and company executives to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality product delivery.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve restaurant operations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Food Service Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Extensive Knowledge Of Restaurant Operations And Ability To Make Quick And Effective Decisions.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment And Handle Multiple Tasks While Maintaining A Positive Attitude.
