- Represent the Chipotle brand and promote its values in the community.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage scheduling and labor costs to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential opportunities and threats.
Extensive Experience In The Restaurant Industry, With A Minimum Of 3 Years In A Leadership Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, As The Field Leader Will Be Responsible For Managing And Motivating A Team Of Employees.
Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities And The Ability To Make Quick Decisions In A Fast-Paced Environment.
