  4. Communicate effectively with team members, clearly conveying expectations and providing feedback.
  5. Ensure all food safety and sanitation protocols are followed to maintain a safe and clean environment for both employees and customers.

  8. Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide ongoing support and guidance.
  9. Collaborate with other Field Leaders and upper management to develop and implement company-wide initiatives and promotions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to the company's leadership team.
  11. Work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  12. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, food handling, and employee conduct.
  15. Represent the company in a professional manner at all times and maintain a strong knowledge of the brand and its values.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Leadership Experience: The Field Leader Position At Chipotle Requires Candidates To Have Prior Experience In A Leadership Role, Preferably In The Food Service Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing A Team, Overseeing Operations, And Ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
