  2. Collaborate with the culinary team to create new and exciting menu items that align with the brand's values and standards.
  3. Develop and test recipes, taking into consideration flavor profiles, ingredients, and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Conduct taste tests and gather feedback from customers and team members to refine and improve menu items.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales data to track the success of new menu items and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor menus to ensure Chipotle remains at the forefront of culinary innovation.
  7. Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients that meet food safety and sustainability standards.
  8. Train and educate team members on new menu items and proper preparation techniques.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote new menu items and drive customer interest and engagement.
  10. Continuously seek ways to improve and elevate the overall dining experience for customers.
